Rock Breaker Chisels

Replacement chisels for hydraulic rock breakers. Send the breaker make, model, old tool photo and measurements for matching.

Find by
Breaker

The excavator carrying the breaker does not determine the chisel — the hydraulic breaker's own make and model does. These are common breaker models in the market; ask us for yours even if it's not listed.

Chisel
Types

The tool profile matters as much as the breaker model. Also sold locally as "breaker pencils."

Material
Grade

Breaker chisels may be supplied in different steel grades depending on manufacturer and product specification.

Grades such as 40Cr, 42Cr and 42CrMo are common in the market, shown here only as examples of what the field covers. Treat material grade as a specification to confirm per product, not a reason to choose one supplier over another without other technical support.

Common
Questions

What information is needed to identify a rock breaker chisel?

The breaker make and model, chisel diameter, overall length, tool profile and clear photos of the old chisel are the most useful starting points.

Is a breaker pencil the same as a breaker chisel?

"Breaker pencil" is a trade term used by some buyers for certain breaker tools. The exact tool should still be identified by breaker model, shape and dimensions rather than name alone.

Can I order using only the excavator model?

Not reliably. The hydraulic breaker model and chisel dimensions are usually more important for matching the tool.
